This dataset contains data used in research where we identified the proteins that are differentially distributed in opossum spinal tissue that can and cannot regenerate after injury. The dataset contains excell worksheet with the list of identified proteins.
Methods (english)
Nano-HPLC-MS/MS was used to analyze the protein gel bands. Excised protein bands were digested in-gel using trypsin. LC-MS/MS analysis was done on an Easy-nLC 1200 (Thermo Scientific, USA) coupled to a QExactive HF mass spectrometer (Thermo Scientific, USA).
